A Beijing couple turned to the law to help evict their 29-year-old unemployed son, who they say has long outworn his welcome, cnr.cn reported Wednesday.

A Haidian court judge ruled Xu Qing (pseudonym) to move out, finding him to be forcibly occupying his parent's house.

The court had previously ordered Xu to move out of the house within 60 days, the Beijing Times reported Wednesday.

Xu argued that his parents have an obligation to raise their child and refused to leave.

The unnamed parents appealed to the court to enforce the order, complaining their adult son is 'lazy' and does nothing but sleep and surf the Internet all day.

Xu cursed his parents at the hearing, saying that they will "die without descendants," the Beijing Times reported.

According to China's Marriage Law, parents are obliged to raise adult children only in cases where a disability prevents them from living or working independently.
