Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Monday that there is plenty of room for Sino-U.S. cooperation in sectors like infrastructure, energy, information technology and environmental protection, according to a post on the central government's website.
The premier hopes that the U.S. could further loosen the limit it set on the export of high-technology products to China.
Li made the remarks during a meeting in Beijing on Monday with Penny Pritzker, U.S. Secretary of Commerce, who is leading a U.S. trade delegation.
Li also said that he hopes that negotiations of the Sino-U.S. bilateral investment treaty could be advanced.
