Border police in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region have repatriated two Vietnamese men who were injured in a traffic accident after illegally entering China.
The pair, who were discharged from the hospital on Wednesday, were sent back to Vietnam through the Dongxing Port, at around 6 p.m. the same day, a spokesman with the Dongxing border inspection station told Xinhua on Thursday.
About two weeks ago, the two, along with three other Vietnamese people, sneaked into Dongxing City of Guangxi from Vietnamese city of Mong Cai. They took an illegal taxi to the regional capital of Nanning City, hoping to later transfer to neighboring Guangdong Province for jobs.
However, a collision between the taxi and a truck killed the driver and three others aboard, leaving the two survivors seriously injured. They successfully recovered after being treated in the hospital.
