Five people from China's Hong Kong in Nepal are still out of contact from their families after Saturday's devastating earthquake in the country, said Hong Kong's Immigration Department on Monday.[Special coverage]
Three immigration officers are flying to Nepal on Monday afternoon to assist in finding these people. They will approach the Chinese embassy there to seek help in locating them, according to the department.
As of Monday, a total of 3,726 people have been killed and 6, 944 others injured in the 7.9-magnitude quake, the Home Ministry of Nepal said.
