A Chinese medical team sent to Ebola-hit Liberia returned to Beijing on Sunday after completing its 2-month relief mission.
The team, China's third Liberia-bound medical team, is comprised of 42 medical personnel mainly from the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region, People's Liberation Army.
China has sent around 370 medical workers to Liberia following the Ebola epidemic since March, 2014, according to the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
The World Health Organization declared on May 9 Liberia free of the epidemic, which has killed thousands of people.
