The Sycamore Valley Ranch, formerly Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch, has been listed for sale at U.S.$100 million and is being presented to the Chinese market by Caimeiju.

"There are over two million millionaires in China right now and many in the correct age demographic to have grown up listening to Jackson. It only takes one Michael Jackson fan who's eccentric and wealthy enough to own this iconic piece of history," says Jeff Toth, president of Caimeiju.

"This estate represents the ultimate California retreat," said Suzanne Perkins, the long time Caimeiju client to co-introduce the ranch to China. "We are very selective in how we are marketing this property in order to reach a buyer ready to assume the legacy of this trophy property. We've already received interest from around the globe on this home."

There was already a buzz among Chinese fans by the time the news got out. On Caimeiju' official Chinese account on the microblog site Weibo.com, Jackson fans' comments were crying out for a potential tycoon fan to step out and take it.

The property will be presented by caimeiju.com and is represented by Suzanne Perkins of Sotheby's International Realty. Since 2010, Suzanne has held a fully branded Chinese page on Caimeiju which includes her portfolio of luxury houses in the Santa Barbara, California area.
