Liu Qibao, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, will lead a delegation to visit Russia from next Wednesday to Sunday to attend activities to commemorate the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War.
Liu, who is also head of the publicity department of the CPC Central Committee, is visiting on invitation from the Communist Party of Russia, according to a release from the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
