A 5.2-magnitude earthquake jolted a Tibetan prefecture in Qinghai province at 6:04 p.m. Monday (Beijing Time), said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter is located at 34.4 degrees north latitude and 98.2 degrees east longitude. The quake struck at a depth of about 9 km.
No casualties have been reported yet.
