Three apps developed and launched by the Palace Museum appeared on Apple's China list of best apps for 2015 issued last Thursday. Among the three, the app "Night Revels of Han Xizai" won the "Best App for iPads" award, the Beijing Daily reported.
According to the awards announcement, "Night Revels of Han Xizai" engages all of the senses to help users fully experience the historical scene, making it the only app to receive this particular recognition. The other two Palace Museum apps to be listed were the "Forbidden City Daily" and the "Qing Emperor's Wardrobe."
