The proposal on the 13th five-year plan made by the Communist Party of China (CPC) at a key meeting late October has been published in seven foreign languages, the publisher said Tuesday.
The seven foreign languages include English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, German and Arabic. The publisher is Central Compilation and Translation Press.
The proposal on the 13th five-year plan was made at the fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in late October, which drafted a blueprint for China's development in the next five years.
Major reforms made in the proposal included the full implementation of the two-child policy.
The publication of the proposal in foreign languages will help the world understand China's development ideas, the publisher said.
