The Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), China's top legislature, will convene in Beijing on March 5 next year.
The decision was adopted at a week-long bimonthly session of the NPC Standing Committee, which closed in Beijing on Sunday.
The suggested agenda for the annual session includes deliberating a government work report, and examining and approving the 13th Five-year Plan on national economic and social development from 2016 to 2020.
The agenda would also include deliberating the draft law on charity and work reports of the NPC Standing Committee, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
