Dine diplomatically in April as 29 Grill welcomes guest chef Michael Rosenblum, private chef of the American Ambassador to China, Max Baucus. These inspired menus by Chef Michael, served at the residence of the Ambassador for visiting dignitaries coming to Beijing, were designed specifically for each important guest with a focus on their position and heritage.
Diners will savor menus enjoyed by notable citizens and visiting luminary including former president Jimmy Carter and the Rockefellers. Each guest will also receive a commemorative copy of the menu signed by Chef Michael Rosenblum and Ambassador Max Baucus.
