The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Monday fired several short-range projectiles into its eastern waters, Yonhap news agency reported.
The projectiles, believed to have been short-range missiles, were launched at about 3:19 p.m. (0619 GMT). Those projectiles flew about 200 km and landed in waters off the country's east coast.
The military are analyzing what type of projectiles was fired. The exact number being launched hasn't yet been clear.
