The museum prepares several exhibitions for the museum day, and the highlights are "Imitation Arts of Ming Dynasty Murals in Yongle Palace" and "ICH: Nantong Blue Calico Art". The 37 paintings on display are quite precious imitations, which reproduce the charm of traditional Chinese landscape murals. The blue calico art exhibition, as one of the national intangible cultural heritage series exhibition, explains the origin and development of the art.

The museum plans to open from 18:00 to 20:30 on Wednesday with a night tour available for visitors.
The seven current exhibitions will be on and audiences can gain knowledge of the development of Chinese modern art by following literary master Lu Xun's steps, immerse themselves in French art, and enjoy photographs of Hong Kong in the 1950s and 1960s by photographer Zhao Xianzao.
