The China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF) launched an English-language website on Wednesday, aiming to show the world the progress made in protection of the disabled in China.
"The website is an important tool letting the world know more about disabled people in China, and letting us know more about the world," said Zhang Haidi, the wheelchair-bound chairwoman of the CDPF.
