Direct flights between Kunming, capital of Yunnan Province, and Malaysian tourist spot Sabah will begin in June by China's Lucky Air, the airline announced on Saturday.
Using Airbus A320, the flight will depart every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8 a.m. and arrive in Sabah at 12:30 p.m. local time.
Sabah is known for its beautiful parks and seaside attractions.
It is Lucky Air's first air route to Malaysia. The airline previously launched air routes to multiple sea islands in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
