CONDOM DELIVERER
Pictures of a man with a big bag of condoms have gone viral on social media.
The man is reportedly named Eric and his job is to walk around the Olympics handing condoms out to the athletes.
The International Olympic Committee for Rio 2016 said it would provide 450,000 condoms, more than three times as many as in London, for the two-week games. Of those, 100,000 are female condoms.
The identity of Eric and his job have not been confirmed by the organizers, but other reports said similarly-dressed staff members carrying bags of condoms were refilling dispensing machines at the Polyclinic of the Olympic and Paralympic Village.
Officials denied that the increase in condom supply is related to the outbreak of Zika virus in Brazil.
The virus, which is carried by mosquitoes and can be transmitted sexually, has been linked to miscarriages and birth defects in babies born to women infected.
