About 30,000 people have taken part in the 2016 International Marathon in Beijing.
The race on Saturday starts at Tian'an Men Square and ends at the National Olympic Sports Center Stadium.
The route takes runners around the city's most important historical and cultural spots.
Over 60,000 runners tried to enter the race, but participants were limited to the maximum capacity of 30,000.
