The 2016 Hangzhou Marathon will be held on November 6, in Hangzhou, East China's Zhejiang province.
The Hangzhou Marathon is one of the oldest annual marathons in China and dates back to 1987. It is considered as "one of the most beautiful marathon racing tracks in China," and draws competitors from all over the world.
The 2016 Hangzhou Marathon will continue the set of events seen in 2015, including full and half marathon, mini marathon, a couples run, and a kids/family run.
Registration will be opened on both the Hangzhou Marathon official website and WeChat from Sept. 26 to Oct. 2.
The number of participants this year is expected to hit a record of more than 32,000.
