After filing for divorce earlier this week, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are not only fighting for the custody of their six children, but for a lot more.
At the top of the list, apart from the children obviously, are the artworks estimated to be worth $25 million.
According to the list of top 10 Hollywood art collectors released by Wealth-X in 2015, Pitt occupied the seventh spot. Both Pitt and Jolie never stopped collecting art pieces during the years they were together. Let's take a look at the art pieces they have co-collected.
The piece, from noted graffiti artist Banksy, was bought by the couple at Lazarides gallery in London in 2007 at 1 million pounds (around $2 million at that time). It is said that Pitt had a close relation with Banksy.
The piece, from German artist Neo Rauch, was bought by the couple at $1 million during the 2009 Art Basel.
When Jolie and Pitt got married in 2014, though they didn't have grand and high-profile wedding ceremony, they received valuable wedding presents including "Hope" series paintings by British street artist Dom Pattinson. Except for art collection, the couple had close contact with many artists and often invited them to their house to teach their children fine arts.
