Chinese swimmer Chen Xinyi has been hit with a two-year ban after being tested positive during the Rio Olympic Games.
The international swimming governing body FINA said in a statement released on Saturday that the ban started on August 11, 2016 and will end on August 10, 2018.
The 18-year-old Chen, a gold medalist in China's 4×100 meter medley relay team at the World Championships in 2015, was tested positive to the substance of Hydrochlorothiazide during the Rio Olympic Games.
