One person died and seven others were injured after a fire engulfed an aerosol factory in Shanghai on Wednesday, local authorities said.
The fire broke out around 8 a.m. when workers of the plant in Songjiang District were planning to relocate the business, according to the district publicity office.
The fire has been extinguished and the injured are being treated in hospital.
The legal representative of the factory has been taken away by police, and rescuers are cleaning the scene.
An investigation is underway.
