Police in southwest China's Yunnan Province took two drug traffickers into custody Tuesday, local authorities said Thursday.
Police in Mangshi City, Dehong Prefecture, arrested a man who was taking drugs in a house at 1: 15 a.m.. Police also seized 8.08 kg of methamphetamine during the raid.
Another man was detained at 7:30 p.m. on a highway in the province, after police found 4.52 kg of methamphetamine he was carrying.
Both men admitted to being drug addicts and engaging in the sale and distribution of drugs to support their habits.
