The 34th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva has approved two resolutions on economic, social, cultural and food rights.
This was the first time the council expressed clear support for building a shared global destiny. As a member of the council, China voiced its support for the resolutions.
China will take part in and guide reform of global governance on human rights, and promote sustained, healthy development of international human rights. It bases its belief in this on the concepts of sovereignty equality, dialogue, win-win cooperation, mutual exchange, and green development.
