The scene occurred around Chongwenmen in central Beijing on Monday. While providing convenience for citizens, bike-sharing services have also caused disorder in public spaces in some cities.
It has been suggested that the operators should work with the government to set up a user credit system and parking areas to better regulate the use of the service.
