Chinese premier sends condolences to British PM over Manchester blast

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang on Tuesday sent a message of condolence to British Prime Minister Theresa May over an explosion in Manchester, northern England.

In the message, Li extended his deep condolences to the dead and sincere sympathy to the families of the dead and the injured.

At least 22 people were killed and 59 more injured in the blast that occurred outside Manchester Arena right after the end of a concert late Monday night.
