The remains of the 1,641st person of the 2,753 killed during the terror attacks at the World Trade Center here on Sept. 11, 2001 has been identified.
This was announced by the medical examiner's office of New York City on Monday.
The man's name is being withheld at his family's request, the office said.
He was identified through DNA retesting of remains recovered at the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan.
The city is still working on to identify the other 1,112 victims.
