China and the United States will hold their first law enforcement and cybersecurity dialogue this week.
Chinese State Councilor Guo Shengkun, also minister of public security, will travel to the United States from Oct. 3 to 6 to co-chair the dialogue, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang announced Tuesday.
The dialogue is one of four high-level communication mechanisms established during the Mar-a-Lago meeting between Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump in Florida in April.
