Led by key party official Kim Yong Chol, an eight-member delegation from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has crossed the inter-Korean border and arrived in the Republic of Korea (ROK) for Sunday night's PyeongChang Winter Olympics closing ceremony, according to Yonhap.
It's the second high-level government delegation dispatched by the DPRK during the Winter Games.
The first DPRK delegation was in Pyeongchang for the opening ceremony on February 9, and later met with ROK President Moon Jae-in, where the delegation extended an invitation for Moon to visit Pyongyang at the earliest possible date.
