Three directors of Baidu Inc are under internal investigation, possibly for corruption cases, news portal sina.com reported on Monday.
The investigation involves the directors of corporate marketing and corporate channels.
The company has been trying to create a fair, transparent and sound working environment for employees' development, Baidu said in a statement sent to the Global Times on Monday.
The search giant with 46,000 employees handles internal ethical matters through a department established in 2012.
Baidu dismissed four employees after an internal probe on bribery in August 2012 and fired five executives for bribery in November 2014.
