Ford is too recall 965 Mustang on the Chinese mainland over a fuel leak, said China's quality watchdog on Tuesday.
The affected vehicles, all imported, were manufactured between Feb. 14, 2014 and Feb. 10, 2015, said the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
At prolonged exposure to high temperatures, fuel tanks and fuel vapor lines may degenerate and leak, it said.
Parking brake cable seals may also degrade and affect brake functions.
Ford dealers will replace the flawed parts for free. The recall will start on July 10.
