1. Position
The General Manager of SICHUAN CHANGHONG ELECTRIC HOLDING GROUP CO.,LTD.(Hereinafter referred to as the company)
2. Qualification
1) Full time Bachelor degree or above.
2) Under the age of 50, physically and mentally fit.
3) Over 10 years of experience in enterprise management and 3 years or above experience as the senior management of a large enterprise group. Experience in a top management position either in an enterprise or its subsidiaries
4) Capable of managing a technical enterprise. Priority are given to those who have experience in home appliances manufacturing enterprises, internet enterprises or military industry as well as those who graduated from famous domestic or overseas university .
5) Applicant should have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and should be innovation driven. She/He should also be having good professional ethics, professional reputation, diligence and dedication. She/He should comply with the relevant national security regulations and provisions.

2) Evaluation
Evaluation will be carried out by a third party professional agency. The evaluation criteria will include the international vision, strategic thinking, management ability, decision-making capacity, insight, innovation, team cohesion etc.
3) Interview
The face to face interview will consist of fixed topic and random topic discussion with the interviews along with further Q&A. Preliminary candidates will be selected based upon the interview result.
4) Physical examination
Physical health examination will be organized for the candidates.
5) Investigation
Investigation team will be organized for the background check of the candidates.
6) Pre Appointment Public Notice
There will be 5 working days for the Public Notice period to accept the social supervision about the selected candidate.
7) Appointment
Final candidate will be selected according to the interview, the back ground check and the result from the Public Notice, followed by formal appointment in accordance with the law and regulations of Changhong and People's Republic of China.
4. Position management and compensation
1) The General Manager position will be bound by the contract and a fixed term system. The position will have clear business objectives and targets. The duration of employment will be 3 years, with a 6 month probation period. Rejoining options will be available after the successful completion of the term.
2) The compensation of this position will be based on the compensation of same level position of the company. The remuneration will consist of the fixed base salary, performance bonus and term incentive. The base salary and performance bonus will be in accordance with the present market trends and the term incentive will be determined by the board.
