Telecommunication equipment provider ZTE Corp announced a new management team on Tuesday, which is committed to driving technological innovation and expanding the company's global business development.
Zhao Xianming, who was the company's executive vice president from January 2014 to March 2016, was elected chairman of the board of directors, according to an announcement ZTE sent to the Global Times on Tuesday night. He was also appointed ZTE's president after the board meeting.
The new team will strive to comply with the highest business standards and be ready for challenges and opportunities in the new era, achieve long-term goals and bring greater value to society, shareholders and employees, according to the announcement.
