China's fixed-asset investment grew 8.3 percent year on year to 48.44 trillion yuan (7.1 trillion U.S. dollars) in the first ten months of 2016, official data showed on Monday.
The growth slightly accelerated from the 8.2-percent gain seen during the January-September period, the National Bureau of Statistics said.
Fixed-asset investment includes capital spent on infrastructure, property, machinery and other physical assets.
