Entertainment conglomerate Huayi Brothers reportedly invested in US light-field camera and virtual reality (VR) equipment maker Lytro and gained initial rights to cooperate in the Chinese market, media reports said Thursday.
Lytro raised $60 million in its latest round of fundraising from investors including Blue Pool Capital Foxconn and Huayi Brothers, donews.com reported.
The US technology company said it plans to expand the presence of its cameras and VR equipment in the Chinese market in the next few years.
