CC Land, a real estate company owned by Chinese tycoon Zhang Songqiao, has purchased a London property in a deal worth of 1.14 billion pounds ($1.46 billion), according to a filing the company sent to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The property - Leadenhall Building - which is one of London's tallest skyscrapers, was a joint venture owned by British Land and Oxford Properties.
Zhang bought One Kingdom Street, an office building in Paddington, London, for 292 million pounds in January.
