China National Cyber Game (CNCG) and Tencent Dayan. Net have agreed to set up an industrial chain focused on e-Sports.
The two sides launched the "Huayan T3 Project" here on Wednesday to develop various fields concerning e-Sports including games, venue construction, education, training, leisure Sports, E-sport standardization and association establishment.
According to a report released by Social media and online gaming giant Tencent, China e-Sports games have engaged 170 million people in the year of 2016 and the number will reach 220 million in 2017.
The vice president of CNCG Wei Weige said, "This joint event of Huayan T3 Project, the full scale cooperation of CNCG and Tencent AI enhanced Cyber game venues especially, will create a huge positive impact on the bio-environment of Chinese Cyber game industry, expand the business space and create more fresh business models."
