On the occasion of an international exhibition which kicked off on Wednesday, the Trade Development Bureau under the Chinese Ministry of Commerce held an event to bring Chinese brands in construction sector closer to foreign markets.
High-grade "Made in China" products, including those in construction, building materials, real estate, architecture design, and interior and exterior decoration, are expected to enter into foreign markets, the bureau's Deputy Director General Jin Hong said at the event in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City.
The Chinese side has also expected the event to become a practical platform for enterprises from various countries, especially China and Vietnam, to meet, negotiate and finalize business deals during the expo, she added.
Over 50 Chinese companies are showcasing their latest high-quality products at the exhibition named Vietbuild 2017 which is scheduled to last till Oct. 1.
Nearly 900 enterprises from 27 countries in the world are displaying their products and services at over 2,500 booths at the expo.
