Disney's universally-acclaimed "Coco" topped the Chinese box office taking 380 million yuan (57.5 million U.S. dollars) in its second week, China Film News reported Tuesday.
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment's "Justice League" dropped to second place after two weeks of leading the box office. The superhero blockbuster has raked in 653 million yuan since its release on Nov. 17.
Third place went to Japanese animation "Fireworks, Should We See It from the Side or the Bottom," which took 70.7 million yuan in its debut week in Chinese theaters.
Domestic comedy "Kill Me Please" came in fourth with a box office take of nearly 29.1 million yuan in its first week.
Rounding out the top five was domestic action-film "Manhunt," which has taken 102 million yuan since its release on Nov. 24.
