China's online mobile payment tool Alipay announced it will enter Israel, bringing mobile payment services to the Middle East.
Israeli brands such as airline El-Al, James Richardson Duty Free and jewelry chain Diamond Mines are among the first group of stores to accept Alipay.
More than 123,000 Chinese tourists visited Israel in 2017, up 45 percent year-on-year.
