Huawei is willing to continue to buy products from U.S. companies, said founder and CEO of the Chinese tech giant Ren Zhengfei on Tuesday, according to FT.
Ren's remark came after U.S. President Donald Trump affirmed that U.S. companies are allowed to sell products to Huawei during a press conference at the G20 summit in Osaka.
"President Trump's statements are good for American companies," Ren said, "But we don't see much impact on what we are currently doing. We will still focus on doing our own job right."
