Dalian (CNS) – No one came forward to claim the 10 million yuan （USD1.4 million)lottery bonus by the midnight deadline November 16. The Dalian Lottery Center, located in northeast China's Liaoning province has had to announce the bonus unclaimed.
The elusive lottery winner was entitled to claim the biggest bonus haul ever between September 18 and November 16 this year. Though the lottery center advertised the bonus information in a variety of media, the winner never showed up.
As regulations require, the 10 million yuan bonus will be merged into the welfare lottery.
