我国将实施旅游“黑名单”制度

为加大对旅游行业违法失信行为的惩处力度,督促旅游经营者遵守法律法规,规范经营行为、履约行为和服务行为,我国将全面实施旅游企业“黑名单”制度。

(ECNS) -- The China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) will introduce new measures, including a blacklist of tourist companies, to maintain market order, Beijing Times reported Thursday.

A notice issued by the administration said information about improper tourism service providers must be collected and made public within five working days. The provider would also be placed on a blacklist list via a designated tourism integrity website for two years.

China recently created a "blacklist" of tourists who behave badly when travelling domestically or overseas. Those on the list will have their names passed on to police, customs officials, and even banks.

Wang Yanyong, a professor of tourism at Beijing Jiaotong University, said the new policy would create a blacklist of travel companies and is expected to bring the tourism market under control.

The CNTA will also launch an online system to allow tourism officials or the public to directly report on unruly tourists and check information of blacklisted individuals.

Wang Xiaofeng, vice director of the CNTA, said that any lawsuits related to tourism must be completely resolved within the validity period.
