(ECNS) -- Tenants and investors remain cautious about the outlook of the commercial property market in China, according to the latest RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) report.
The Q2 2015 Chinese Commercial Property Monitor shows that both the Occupier Sentiment Index (OSI) and Investment Sentiment Index (ISI) remain weak, Economic Information Daily reported on Tuesday.
According to the RICS, the Q2 OSI is -6, continuing its negative run.
Mirroring the survey results from Q2, respondents believe that rental income would remain flat in the coming three months and will probably rise within the next year.
In terms of the investment market, the ISI, which has remained negative for five straight quarters, has risen slightly to -10 compared to the last quarter.
