(ECNS) -- China's State Post Bureau has issued guidelines to support development of private express delivery enterprises, with focus on promoting trustworthiness in the sector.
Guidelines serve to reduce costs, promote transformation, safeguard a fair market environment and enhance logistics support.
Among measures to streamline administration of delivery firms will be reduced time in issuing licenses to certain business. Efforts will be made to help private firms go global, increase their competitiveness in the world market and boost the training of talent.
In addition, authorities will establish a blacklist of discredited delivery companies at the same time trustworthy companies enjoy favorable measures.
