(ECNS) -- A reusable suborbital carrier developed by the China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology was successfully tested during a flight demonstration on Friday.
The carrier took off at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China's Gansu Province. It then landed at an airport in Alxa League, located in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, after finishing its mission.
The success of the flight lays a solid foundation for the development of China's reusable space transportation.
The reusable suborbital carrier made its first flight successfully in July 2021.
