(ECNS)--The U.S. has recorded 175 gun deaths and over 300 gun injuries in the first four days of the new year, according to Gun Violence Archive.
In the year of 2022, 6,137 children and teens were injured or killed in shootings, according to the nonprofit organization. That's the most in a single year since the database began tracking nine years ago. Can children protect themselves from the shadow of gun violence?
