Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang to visit the Philippines

(ECNS) -- At the invitation of Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Enrique Manalo, Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang will visit the Philippines from April 21 to 23, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin announced Friday.
