With the approach of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Qingdao Summit, volunteers provide assistance for international journalists at the media center that formally opened on June 6. Its services include transportation, medical care and security. The media center also boasts welcome robot “66”, security robot “Haihai” and delivery robot “Dian Xiaoer.” Security robot “Haihai” can carry out 24-hour autonomous patrols and follow-up surveillance of suspicious persons and items. It can also scold people who walk on the grass and post advertisements.
