Egypt has produced 15 million new coins with the image of Egyptian medical workers to commemorate them for their efforts in fighting COVID-19 in the country. Egypt’s Minister of Finance, Mohamed Maait, stated that Egypt will produce 10 million EGP 1 coins and 5 million piastres.
